Rescue efforts underway after U.S. refueling plane crashes in Iraq

U.S. Central Command says a KC-135 refueling aircraft went down in “friendly airspace” in western Iraq and was not brought down by hostile or friendly fire. Rescue operations are underway as Iran escalates attacks on oil tankers and threatens to close the Strait of Hormuz. NBC News’ Richard Engel reports.
